As soon as you have received Planning Approval from your Planning Application (if required), now would be a good time for us to start to produce the relevant Building Regulation drawings.
Regardless of the size and scale of your project, these drawings will provide enough information for a competent builder to construct your project. These drawings will include proposed floor plans, elevations, sections through the building, construction notes and relevant building regulation notes.
These Building Regulation drawings will allow you to:
- Submit a Building Regulation Application to your Local Authority
- Obtain an accurate quotation from competent builders
- Obtain accurate quantities of materials from materials suppliers
We would ensure that the required drawings for your building regulation application are completed and ready to be submitted with the relevant completed application forms. Nothing would ever be submitted on your behalf without your approval and we would always keep you informed on the progress of your application as part of our service to you.
Sometimes Building Control will request a certain change or an amendment to be made to the drawings which we would discuss with you also so as not to delay the application and delay receiving the Approval Notice.
