About This Project
This project was for a single storey rear extension & Loft Conversion to a semi-detached property in Yeadon. The Client requested the extension incorporated plenty of windows to overlook the rear garden.
The accommodation consists of the new open plan kitchen and dining extension and a new WC / Shower Room.
As with all our projects, we went through various design options during the scheme design stage until the Client was satisfied that the layout was to their approval.
A Planning Application was submitted and Planning Permission was successfully gained in 2007. A Building Regulations application was also submitted and approved in good time prior to building work progressing.
The second part of the project is the loft conversion which will create a fourth bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
