Two Storey Side Extension
This project was for a two storey side extension to a detached property in Gildersome.
This project is now complete and the photos show the house extension and the external re-modelling of the existing house in all its glory!
The accommodation consists of the following:
- Ground Floor Lounge
- First floor Master Bedroom with En-Suite and Dressing Area
As with all our projects, we went through various design options during the scheme design stage until the Client was satisfied that the layout we had produced was what they wanted.
A Planning Application was submitted and Planning Permission was successfully gained in January 2012. A Building Regulations application was also submitted and approved in good time prior to building work progressing.
