5 Bedroom New Build
This was the first ever New Home Build project I have been involved with and is one of my favourites!
The Client was looking for a detached 5 bedroom property, double garage and a Granny Flat with its own facilities for independent living, situated in Cawood near Selby.
The accommodation consists of a large entrance hallway, Living Room, Dining Room, Study, Kitchen and Utility leading through to Double Garage.
On the first floor there is 2 En-Suite Bedrooms, a third Bedroom and a Bathroom.
On the second floor there are 2 further Bedrooms and a second Bathroom.
Planning Permission and Building Regulations approvals were all approved in good time prior to building work progressing.
The images shown are of the front and rear elevations of the completed project, which as you can see is a very impressive family house with a lot of space and character.
