Flat Conversion One

The Clients brief was for us to design a scheme to maximise the potential of this existing property in Ilkley. The existing property will need substantial modification, particularly to the existing first floor and roof space to create the additional usable floor space required for the new flats.

Flat Conversion Two

The Clients brief was for us to design a scheme to maximise the potential of this existing site. The site is currently vacant and is in need of development.

New Home Builds

This was the first ever New Home Build project I have been involved with and is one of my favourites!

The Client was looking for a detached 5 bedroom property, double garage and a Granny Flat with its own facilities for independent living, situated in Cawood near Selby.

Loft Conversion

This project was for a Loft Conversion to a semi-detached property in Roundhay.

The Client requested we create an additional bedroom in the loft space.

Single Storey Side / Rear Extension

This project was for a single storey rear extension & Loft Conversion to a semi-detached property in Yeadon. The Client requested the extension incorporated plenty of windows to overlook the rear garden.

Two Storey Side Extension

This project was for a two storey side extension to a detached property in Guiseley.

Most of the works are now complete with only the finishing touches to carry out and is also one of my favourites!

Two / Three Storey Rear Extension
